Teen/Adult Ballet is a 60 minute class, which meets once a week. Recommended for new teen/adult ballet dancers, or adult ballet dancers who require additional emphasis on technique and placement.

Teen/Adult Jazz focuses on finding one’s sense of rhythm and style of dance through improvement of flexibility and technique. Jazz dance has an increased focus on isolations, a lower center of gravity, high energy, and stylization. Perfect class for beginning teen/adult dancers, or adult dancers with previous dance experience that are looking for a fun movement based class!
Wednesdays 7:30 - 8:30pm - Amy
Tap is a dance style of creating music with your feet. A focus on rhythm, ankle strength, control and musicality in each level. Beginning/intermediate level for teen/adult dancers. Introduction of basic tap fundamentals, with increased focus on musicality throughout the season.
Tuesdays 8:15 - 9:15pm - Casey
Hip Hop is the dance style that follows the current music trends and is seen in music videos, etc. Dancers are introduced to a variety of hip hop styles including, popping, locking tutting, breakdance, whacking, and more. Progression in class sees an increased focus on weight shifting movements, tempo, intricacy, formations, footwork, and agility levels.
Thursdays 8:15-9:15pm - Pon
This 60 minute yoga class focuses on flexibility, strength and core balance. This class is an excellent addition to our ballet focused dancers, or to teen/adult dancers focused on increasing strength and flexibility.
